One hero from Tollywood has beaten age-factor to remain heartthrob of many women still. He is none other than Akkineni Nagaruna. Reports say that he has undergone an eye-surgery.

Recently, Nag was spotted pouring eye-drops into eyes and this is giving many thoughts. Some say that he has undergone a cataract surgery. ‘Continuously he is wearing drops at regular time intervals. This happens only when you undergo a surgery for your eyes’, an onlooker stated. With growing age he might have lost grip over his eyes.

But insiders are terming all these thoughts silly. ‘He is just preventing a strain due to dust (or for using contact lens to avoid spectacles) which can obstruct clarity in vision. After all at this age, he is busy whole day with shoots and business meetings, which can affect his eyes to the max’, a source close to Akkinenis said.

Whatever it is, fans are worried with the very thought of their favorite hero using eye-drops in public.

Anushka to act in ‘Dirty Picture’

After tasting tremendous success with ‘The Dirty Picture’ in Hindi, the makers are planning to remake it in South. Although ‘The Dirty Picture’ dubbed version released in Telugu and Tamil, it didn’t reach wider audience. So, the Bollywood makers are keen on remaking it in Telugu and Tamil. There are few producers that are vying for remake rights, but they are not ready to sell them off.

They believe that the success of The Dirty Picture was because of Vidya Balan and they are very stubborn about casting an actress of same stature if not more. They have Anushka on their mind and few other top South actresses too. First choice for South remake of The Dirty Picture is Anushka. They are yet to meet her though.

If they can rope in Anushka for The Dirty Picture, then they will surely strike gold in Telugu and Tamil as Anushka is very popular in both the languages. When an actress of Anushka’s caliber scorches the screen, then it should set the cash registers on fire.

27th March is the birthday of Mega Power Star Ram Charan. In this connection, Cherry celebrated his birthday on 26th March before leaving Pollachi for a song’s shoot. Sakshi Telugu daily newspaper has published this matter with the following heading trying to bring differences among young heros.

“VARIETY ANTE EMITO RACHCHA LO CHOOSTHARU–RAM CHARAN”

However, the same newspaper published another matter just below the matter of Ram Charan. The heading of that matter is;

‘DAMMU’ ENTO NTR CHOOPISTHAADU.

Also, the newspaper published the photo of Ram Charan on left, and NTR’s on right. And more surprisingly, NTR is beckoning his index finger to somebody seriously and as if it appears that he warns Ram Charan. Also, the newspaper published the matter of  ‘Zanjeer’ movie’s original writers Javed Akhtar and Salim Khan’s agony for copying their story for Ram Charan’s ‘Zanjeer’. In fact, the makers of this remake movie had already given a clarification on this matter and assured that they would talk with the writers duo.

We approached some of the mega fans to know the reason for this strange gesture of the newspaper. And they said that, the head of the newspaper was a politician and obviously, he had lot of fears on Chiranjeevi and his son and that is the reason for the jealousy exhibited by the newspaper.

Pawan Kalyan’s Gabbar Singh Pakka Flop?

 

Aakash, son of director Puri Jagannadh is playing Pawan Kalyan’s childhood character in ‘Gabbar Singh‘. Aakash has played childhood characters of Ram charan Tej in ‘Chirutha’ and Prabhas in ‘Ek Niranjan’ and both the films were flops.

Rumours that Aakash is treated as Ironleg, As  all his  films were flops including his latest flick ”Dhoni” and Gabbar Singh might also taste the same result.

Maga fans are requesting  the producer to remove the scenes which are played by Aakash and re-shoot them with another child artist.

New Rumors surrounding Charan’s injury

 

It is well known that Ram Charan’s Rachcha is facing web of problems ever since its launch.Movie which was supposed to be released during Pongal season, is postponed invariably.When everyone thought the release is all set, Ram Charan’s muscle tear pushed movie into more dilemma.There were news that Charan is supposed to finish two songs for the movie and movie might be postponed to mid May.However in a shocking improvement, release is planned in the second week of April.

Now the biggest question in anyone’s mind is how Charan managed to finish the shoot of two songs despite of suffering from a 5 inch muscle tear.Few even question, “the day after the injury he looked perfectly fine to stand on the audio release stage for more than an hour. With such a big injury is it really possible for anyone to stand for so long? Now makers are in a hurry to release the movie on April 12th.May be the injury is less severe and makers magnified it to buy sometime for the release?”

However mega camp severely condemned the rumors.They say Ram Charan pulled off the schedule with the help of high dosage pain killers and other medications.”It is shameful to allege such baseless news.Mega family is known for its dedication to work.We know how complicated the situation will turn into, if we delay the release.We dont want any clash between Gabbar Singh and Rachcha.”noted a close source.Whatever be the arguments, all we want is a quality product which can ensure a blockbuster to Ram Charan.It is immaterial how it comes.So lets wait for another weeks to enjoy Ram charan and Tamannah’s ‘Rachcha’.

Sexy actress Tamanna is all set to treat the Tollywood audience with a triple dhamaka for this summer. Three of her films are getting ready for release and Tamanna fans are going to have a blast. Tamanna is loyal to Telugu cinema as this is the industry that first spotted the talent in her. Despite being super successful in Tamil, she chose Telugu over Tamil.

Pawan fan abused Keeravani

 

Music director MM Keeravani faced a bitter experience on the Twitter platform recently, when a person who claimed to be a fan of Pawan Kalyan abused him. “Starting Dammu background tomorrow and also Eega background happening simultaneously .. Sad news .. No time for twitter for the next 45 days,” tweeted Keeravani, and continued to post few tweets after sometime. Taking advantage of it, a fan of Pawan tweeted to Keeravani, “nee bonda ra nee bonda 45 days raanannav malli endhukochav?” A number of his admirers has come forward in support of Keeravani and settled scores with the guy who abused. At one stage, Keeravani realized that the fight is getting bigger and bigger. He then tweeted ‘I love Pawan Kalyan for his simplicity, NTR for his talent and their both Fans for their dedication for films’ to pacify the fans of both the groups and to put an end to the non-sense!

Tollywood Prince Mahesh Babu proved himself a true businessman, with back to back hits he  increased his renumeration and also taking share in profits . He already got 20 crores as remuneration and share in profit from ‘Businessman’ movie.

For next movie SVSC he was offered 8 crores + share in profits and for Sukumar Movie he is offered 10 crores + Share in profits.

Apart from these he is earning 12 crores from advertisements,With all these calculations Mahesh Babu’s total income for year 2012 would be around 50 crores.

John Abraham ain't going shirtless for 'Shootout'

 

Bollywood hunk John Abraham is coming up with his latest flick 'Shootout At Wadala', in which he is playing a dreaded don of the 80s Manya Surve.

There were reports earlier that John would go shirtless in the movie. Speaking about it, John reportedly quashed this as a rumour and maintained that he would be looking lean in this movie and he has also shed few kilos for that.

John is believed to have learnt Marathi for his role.

Anushka Sharma and cricketer Suresh Raina apparently get along like house on fire. Rumours are abuzz that Anushka and Suresh are dating each other.

If sources are to be believed, Anushka Sharma and attacking batsman Suresh Raina are more than just 'good friends'. The two reportedly met in London for the first time when the Indian team was touring England. Since then, the two keep meeting up and hanging around whenever they get time.

Though the friends of Anushka and Raina agree that the two share a great chemistry, they are unwilling to comment on their relationship. 

Fans disappointed by Jr NTR's no-show

More than 100 participants who had gathered for a Glaucoma Awareness walk organised by the L.V. Prasad eye hospital early on Saturday morning were left disappointed as Jr NTR did not show up.It had earlier been publicised that the young tiger would take part in the walk. However, the star, who had apparently told the organisers that he would try his best to be present, did not turn up in the morning.

While celebrity director S.S. Rajamouli and music director Keeravani turned up, everyone was looking out for Jr NTR. Some of those present felt that it was highly unprofessional as it had been advertised that the actor would be present for the walk. Student Rajesh Kumar says, "I saw an announcement in the paper and turned up in the morning to be part of the walk. It was very disappointing that Jr NTR didn’t turn up."

Sources said that a senior official from the hospital had approached Jr NTR and the latter had agreed to participate. Later, invitations were sent out mentioning that the star would be present. No one had informed the organisers that Jr NTR would not be coming till Saturday morning because of which fans were disappointed. Let us hope Junior takes care so that this doesn't repeat.

Mahesh's 2 back to back fake industry hits

Prince Mahesh Babu Businessman's fifth week posters were released recently and yet again they started irritating everyone including some of the Mahesh Babu fans. On these posters, they are publicizing that it has created a new Industry record, but nothing has been mentioned whether it created the record in collections or centers or openings. Even earlier, for Dookudu they tried to project that movie as an Industry hit by posting fake collections on the posters, which made the producers to face income tax troubles later. This time they have not posted any collections, but are simply saying that it is an Industry record.

While trying to project each of Mahesh s movie as an Industry Hit, they are forgetting one important record that Mahesh has already got. Dookudu became the second biggest hit of Tollywood and the third biggest hit is already in the name of Mahesh in the form of Businessman is expected to end up collecting almost as much as Pokiri or might fall short of a bit from but in any case, Mahesh will have second, third and fourth biggest hits of Tollywood on his name. This is an extremely rare record that might not be broken by anyone else in near future. Instead of publicizing the actual record which is highly remarkable, they are going for fake records brainlessly.

Our Power Star Pawan Kalyan is worried about his Re-make Gabbar Singh..

The immense success of the Salman Khan starrer Dabangg paved way for its remake it Tamil and Telugu. While in the Tamil version titled Osthe, it was Simbu who played the lead role, Pawan Kalyan was roped in to star in the Telugu version Gabbar Singh.

Osthe released a few months ago and this film did not meet the expectations that it had generated. This has upset Pawan Kalyan, say sources. The star has suggested to the director to make some changes to the script. Following this, several scenes including comedy has been included, say sources.

'Dammu'- Another Version Of 'Simha'??

The clock is ticking for Junior NTR to arrive with his new movie ‘Dammu’ and it is heard that the audio release has been scheduled for March 24th and the venue has been decided as Shilpa Kala Vedika. On the other hand, the makers are looking at the month of April for the film’s release.

While that is one side, sources say NTR would be seen in a dual role and there is also a flashback episode wherein the powerful NTR would come forth. Going by the information, it appears that ‘Dammu’ has a similar formula of ‘Simha’. The fact that it is directed by Boyapati Sreenu adds more credibility.

The music is by M M Keeravani and the audio is being released through Vel Records. The shooting is currently happening at Ramoji Film City and everything is on schedule. This is being produced by Alexander Vallabha. While the speculations are on, only the film’s release will give the true picture.
