NTR and Chaitanya in 'Gundamma Katha'?

The classic Gundamma Katha (1962) completes 50 years. It would be a dream come true for all the fans and Tollywood lovers if this film was remade. A double bonanza would be if ‘Young Tiger’ NTR Jr and Naga Chaitanya would act in the film. Rumor mill is working at full force with the news that these two youngsters might act in the new version of Gundamma Katha. Late NTR and Akkineni Nageshwara Rao acted together as brothers in the original classic.

A decade ago, NTR's son Balakrishna and ANR's son Nagarjuna wanted to do the movie but it didn't work out. 

"It is true that Balakrishna and Nagarjuna tried to do the remake but they could not find the Gundamma, so the plans were shelved. Now in their 50's, they can't do the movie. The younger generation actors - NTR Jr and Chaitanya - best for the roles, " said ANR.
